Nigel Edwards QC instructed by, and in combination with, Stuart Wild and Chris Milligan of conspiracysolicitor.co.uk (and Bird and Co Solicitors LLP of Grantham) achieve another outstanding result on 25th July 2019.
Appearing before the Bristol Crown Court the hard work of Mr. Wild and Mr Milligan, upon the advices of Mr. Edwards QC, secured a suspended sentence for a man originally accused of commercial Production of Cannabis.
The crown and latterly the Judge were persuaded that the operation was for personal use only, following the acquisition of expert reports.
Mr. Edwards QC and Mr. Wild are particularly grateful for the assistance of Paul Attenborough Nottingham, a nationally renowned expert in the analysis of illegal narcotics and dealing in the same.
The defendant was initially looking at being prosecuted for commercial based production which would have attracted a sentence of approximately 4 years custody.
