Stuart was admitted to the Solicitor’s Roll in 1995 following the completion of his Law & Marketing Degree and Law Society Finals at De Montfort University in Leicester.

With his knowledge acquired as part of his studies, Stuart assists Christopher with the Marketing aspect of Conspiracy Solicitor on a day to day basis and is usually the first port of call for potential clients either enquiring by telephone or via email.

Stuart is a Partner in the firm.

Stuart is also responsible for the maintenance of Conspiracy Solicitor’s active Facebook page and Twitter account.

Stuart has assisted Counsel with cases in Newcastle, Teesside, The Midlands, Guildford and Norwich although the list is non – exhaustive. More recently Stuart was involved in dealing with a defendant in the UK’s largest modern slavery case in English legal history forming a defence team of three, assisted by Nigel Edwards of St Paul’s Chambers in Leeds and Diana Ellis QC from Bedford Row in London.

Stuart has been a duty solicitor for in excess of two decades providing invaluable advice to Defendants both at the Police Station and in the Magistrates Court. He maintains a close connection of associate’s nationwide meaning that he can deploy a representative at any police station in England & Wales without delay.
