Conspiacy Solicitors represented one of five co-defendants in a large scale Human Trafficking and Money Laundering investigation alleged to have taken place between 2007 and 2013.
Operation “A” was an investigation conducted by West Yorkshire Police into an organized crime group.
It was alleged by the prosecution that the defendants were trafficked into the United Kingdom and thereafter exploited and controlled by fear of violence.
